Approximately 50 participants attended Berry Hill's second public meeting to discuss adoption of development design guidelines. The meeting was held on April 17th at Rosedale Baptist Church.

After presenting the results of surveys taken at the first public meeting in January, the City's planning consultants displayed four "District Design Concepts", depicting possible street views and corresponding design standards for development of street improvements and buildings. Participants were surveyed as to their reactions to each of the four concepts.

Based on the new survey results, the consultants will draft proposed design guidelines to help guide future development in Berry Hill. The City will seek more input from Berry Hill stakeholders through future public meetings prior to adoption of the design guidelines and revision of the City's zoning ordinance.
