The Berry Hill Board of Commissioners took the final step in a two year process to adopt new design guidelines and zoning provisions governing development of property in Berry Hill. Following three public meetings to gather input from stakeholders and hearings before the city's Zoning and Planning Commission and the Board of Commissioners, the Board adopted the proposed Community Development Code at its December 14th meeting. The code went into effect on January 1st.
