Going to Court
Court is held the third Friday of each month at Berry Hill City Hall. Your court date is written at the bottom of your citation. Court begins promptly at 2:30 pm, and you should arrive no later than 2:15 pm on your court date to sign in and be seated.

Paying Citations
Payment of citations must be made in cash or by money order or cashier’s check. (Personal checks/business checks/credit cards are not accepted.) Payment may be made to the City of Berry Hill (698 Thompson Lane, Nashville, TN 37204) prior to your court date. Otherwise, you must appear in court on the date noted at the bottom of your citation. Fines and court costs assessed by the Judge must be paid the same day. Any additional time to pay must be approved in court by Judge Cantrell and noted on your citation when you are before him. The Clerk does not have authority to grant additional time to pay fines or costs.

If You Cannot Attend Court
If you know in advance that you will not be able to attend court on your scheduled court date, you must call our office at (615) 292-5531 prior to the court date to reschedule for a later date. Your court date may only be rescheduled once, and cannot be rescheduled after court has begun.

Berry Hill Municipal Court is held at Berry Hill City Hall, 698 Thompson Lane (at the intersection of Thompson Lane and East Iris Drive), east of 100 Oaks Mall. Free parking is available in the city’s parking lot, located behind City Hall.
